vehicle repossessed

I signed a contract with the undisputed investments in November 2022 after they explained to me how they will assist me with reducing my monthly instalments and we agreed on the amount they will debit monthly for paying my vehicle and loan. with the loan everything is fine but with the vehicle there were shortfalls and nobody told me about until i received a statement from the credit provider that i have arrears on my vehicle account and informed them and they promised me that it will be sorted but nothing happened i kept on receiving the statement with arrears going up, i ended up driving from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg to their offices to try and get assisted and they again promised that it will be sorted but still nothing. I have received summons from the credit providers and forwarded to them but there was no action until the sheriffs came to repossess my vehicle and when i told them that the sheriff is taking the vehicle they told me to hide it off which it was impossible. As we speak i don't have a vehicle because of them and i went again to their offices to be assisted but to me it seems like they don't see the urgency of this matter they are still saying one and the same thing that they will sort it out, I'm frustrated alone now if i don't call they don't give me any updates and the dealer wants to put my vehicle on auction within ten days i informed them again im not sure if they will assist because i was promised that they will get back my vehicle within 7 days its the fifth day to day without any feedback
