Being told your small business is not worth his time to support

As a customer who stocks one of the products Adam provides, i was told point blank that my orders and quantity of orders did not warrant his support in service.

The small businesses develop in to larger ones, so Adam if this is how you deal with new customers and clients, i am absolutely horrified.

As a small business, our suppliers' support is absolutely critical. It is off retail and good service that the small business thrives and provides consistency to their clients.

To be told your business is not worth it is not only deeply offending, but disgusting and unprofessional.

I would think twice before doing business with and support Underworks.

You have to chase Adam for answers, products and delivery. Clearly now i understand why it was so hard dealing with him, because from the beginning he didn't think my business was worth servicing.

Even the one star rating as a required field is too much for Underworks.
