Super bad service if not a ****

I placed an order (Order#1498) on 29 Oct. I am getting absolutely NO response for almost two weeks, except his Facebook stating that he is away. I tried communicating via their live chat, Whatsapp, emails and Facebook.

No product received and no status updates, only the order information and stating that the order is confirmed.

I even asked for a refund, but to no avail.

My first order went through and I received my order without hassle, but is seems asif I'm losing my money on this second order 😭 I even gave a tip when I placed my order! Will never do that again.. trust has been completely broken.

If anyone has info on how to report him as **********, please let me know.
