Poor service and BAD attitude

Placed my order on 21 November #1562, with a website promise of delivery within 2-3 working days. After numerous email follow I send a very frustrated whatsapp to *** that I want feedback on my order or post a review on a public platform. The response is as follows "Where do you see the comments". I then send the comments. The response on that "Do you want a solution or do you want to write bad reviews everywhere? I don't mind either? My response - I just want I paid for and what the website promised. Service is key and feedback to your customers too. The response on that "Yes and we are saying we are experiencing huge delays. My response - But nobody notified me and it doesn't state anything on the website either. And since then all my messages has been ignored again. Such great service, but they are active on faceback every day. So I ask the questions, how hard can it be to reply on messages.
