No products or refunds despite multiple attempts to reach out!

I've ordered a product online. It has now been one month with no product delivered to me. I have tried emailing them daily and contacting them via their Whatsapp number. I'm at a loss now. I spent R2600, which isn't a tiny amount. All I have been asking for is either my money back or a response to how long until the product will be delivered.
