Hang in there. They'll get around to you eventually ;)

Despite a previous review I wrote, this company is not a ****. They're just really really really bad at communicating. They can take weeks to respond to queries - messenger, email and WhatsApp - and don't seem to ever get around to posting updates on Facebook. Deliveries can be delayed by weeks too.

The product arrives eventually and, after shopping around, their price for the product I use is pretty reasonable by comparison.

I recommend that they keep their customers up to date if they actually want to keep their customers. (No response to that one ;)
