Purchased clothing items in December 2024. I've sent numerous messages to Janine however she has not responded since March '25. It is 4 months later and I've requested a refund and she still has not responded to any of my requests. I have given her the benefit of the doubt since January '25 however communication is key when dealing with clients waiting on orders. She is a ****ster, this is a warning to be careful
