Samp guard replacement

On 11 March 2015 I took my car for 1) Driver side shock, 2) P/side camber, 3) rack end, 4) tie rod end, 5) cross member replacement and wheel alignment at Undercar Quadro Fitment Centre. After I have paid R10k for the service and at home I realized the samp guard was not replaced. I took it to them the following day and I was told by the Technicians who worked on the car, the samp guard is bent and they do not have something to align it (even though it was on the car). I then took it to Hencom autobody on 17 march 2015 and they charged me R420 to replaced it. I took the invoice to the dealer to claim and they passed the buck on to their own Technician as the one who is responsible for that.
