Unhelpful to say the least!

My name is Maria Elizabeth Erasmus, I have been working for the company since the 01/05/2021 and ended my service with the company on the 25/01/2022. As from the 3rd the 5th, 13th, 17th, 22nd of March 2022, I have been in contact with Suzette Swart, requesting my pension provident funds withdrawal forms information. Up till now no positive response nor feedback. I feel I have not been treated well!
