UNDERBERG forge refused to refund my money

It was last week when I send email to deb and Collin at UNDERBERG forge. I told them I need my money refund back as I supposed to pay my ovesese documents. They didn't respond until I call deb. She told me I have to speak with COLLIN . That COLLIN told I have to send her my bank statement and Id copy. I did it same time. And I even conform by calling her. She said she get it. Since last week I was waiting my money R 40, 000. Now I call them to ask am not receiving any money. That Collin and deb say they will do it this after noon by 3pm. Why they lie all the time to me or play me games now when I need my money. Worse I even told them reason why I need this money. I swear if I can't get my money today all media will knows well about this crucks company. How may people who got same problem I got. And with attitude for that Deb. If manager not contacting me today am going to wendy Norllar. Also hello peter play your roll. They don't even let me know what's happening or any update. Imagine if i didn't call them I will staying as a stupid. People have to be careful with this fly by night company.
