The bus never arrived

Hi<br> I was in Pietermaritzburg and needed to get to King Shaka airport (Durban) So I booked a seat on the Underberg express bus (combi) I spoke to ALex and he told me it would cost R250 and that the bus would leave Pmb at 10:30am. My friend dropped me there at 10am. The people around assured me that this is where the bus usually<br> stops but as time passed I got very very stressed as I had a plane to catch and I trusted that my transport would arrive. Eventually after many calls to Alex, he told me the bus would not be coming and I had to make my own to the airport. I was shocked stressed and furious. I now had to pay a taxi R600 to take me there. <br> Alex said he would refund me but after numerous calls and putting me off till the end of the month, I said I would be writing to the newspaper. He then used that as an excuse to not refund me the money I had had to pay.<br> I think that other people should be warned about this bus company as the stress caused is enormous.<br> Alex *** or ***<br> Thanks<br> Robyn
