Unprofessional Behaviour

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment on 23 December 2025, due to extremely poor and unprofessional treatment by staff. My wife had made a confirmed booking for three people. When we arrived, we were told only one table was available, next to the steps, which we accepted. We ordered drinks without issue. However, when we later placed our food order, the waitress instructed me to move to another table. I politely declined, as we had been told no other tables were available and no patrons had left since our arrival. Shortly after, a woman who appeared to be a manager approached me in an abrupt and confrontational manner. She did not greet us and immediately insisted that I had to move to make space for other guests, claiming that I “did not have a booking.” I calmly explained that we did have a booking and also expressed that her tone and approach were unacceptable. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation professionally, I suggested we leave so they could accommodate other guests. Her response was simply, “Yes please.” We then paid for our drinks and left. This interaction was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, and falls far below what one would expect from a reputable establishment. Being spoken to in that manner and effectively asked to leave was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this venue. Customer service and basic courtesy were severely lacking.
