Very sad ex under armour fan

The customer service I have received is beyond shocking and can only advise people their return policies in the last 7 months has gone from 5 star to below zero. I don’t now what they changed but change it back. I am a loyal customer and have supported the brand. I have tried to return clothes and shoes from various presets for 4 months now with various “customer champions” what a joke from promises via phone calls and emails by Rushana too Fazloobien who after 22 minutes on the phone at my expense told me his supervisors were too busy in a meeting and would definitely call me back within the hour. Well that hour is now nine hours later and absolutely no response and I am still sitting four months later with more things than I had before that I need to return. My business and customer satisfaction obviously means absolutely nothing to them.
