Very poor service from Under Armour South Africa

Worst experience I have ever had with a shoe supplier! The ordering and delivery process is very good and obviously they are very good at taking your money but heaven forbid you have a problem. Absolutely loved the shoes ordered but after less than a week of wearing them they started squeaking while walking indicating a definite issue on the inside below the sole. After two weeks of trying to get the return registered finally came right with this and shoes were collected and returned. To my surprise I then get notified that the return has been rejected because the shoes were worn. How was I to know there is an internal issue with the shoe if I didn't wear it! Now I have a new pair of shoes with an audible squeaking sound that I cannot wear and R2000 poorer for it! Doesn't make much sense to me! Will never recommend Under Armour products or their service to anyone!
