Very disappointed in Under Armour SA

I bought shoes from their online store on the 15 of December for a Christmas present. Tgey sent the wrong colour shoes! I have tried to contact them daily, left two messages at the receptionist, also sent them a email on their returns form. Still nothing yet from them. Didn’t have a present for the person I bought the shoes for. Very terrible experience from them.
