Useless and Unhelpful

Bought some Underpants at V&A "Under Armour" Store in a plastic sealed packet. Got home and realised took wrong size, returned it UN-OPENEND and still SEALED in its original plastic bag and they would NOT EXCHANGE IT. Company Policy, they say, but this is simply stupid and unhelpful. Clearly since the bag was untouched, the product was never removed from the sealed bag, it would have been easy to exchange t for the right size, but NO INTEREST. They got their money and now please go away. Anyhow staff was completely useless too and I won't be purchasing any UA product again, plenty other options with people that actually care for their customers.
