Unfairly Dismissed

The Management of Woodmead branch and The Headquarters in Cape Town dont know how to treat their employees. My brother worked there in Woodmead for almost 4 years and he was treated like dirt. He was framed by the Regional Manager he got arrested and later when he appeared at court the case was dropped. When he returned to work he was told that he no longer works there. Now instead of processing his monies he is threatened by the Regional Manager and the Management Team of Woodmead Branch. 1. What are they hiding that this men will reveal? 2. Why did they set him up? 3. Who dropped the case after he was arrested? 4. Are we allowed to work two jobs in SA? All this questions are for the Regional Manager who is ******* to the core we have him in record threatening the former employee.

And for the headquarters I am very ashamed of you since last year the poor men is been in contact with you but you cant assist him at all.

The main branch in the US or wherever they should visit the SA headquarters and heads must roll. You cant take care of your internal customers which is your staff members
