Under Armour quality failure

Under Armour is just yet another example of a great product gone bad due to quality and customer service. After being a long standing Under Armour product supporter, this happened: Purchased a pair of shoes in June 2026, used them as casual shoes, after less than 2 months old they started making a “popping” sound in the heel of the right shoe. Closer inspection details that the sole was imperfect in my opinion, proceeded to contact Under Armour with a complaint which they very quickly denied any defect! Did not even propose I send them back so they can physically look at them. Made an assessment based on photos I sent them! Just to add that I have 2 pairs of the exact same product and one can clearly see when you compare the two. Will never be buying another Under Armour product!!!
