Under Armour order still haven't left warehouse after 20 days

I recently ordered from Under Armour online (6 December 2024). Although I really like their products the service that are accompanied is very poor. After I placed my order I received an email of confirmation of my order. To this day this was the only email I have received regarding my package.

I have called in many times to follow up about the package, each time consultants just claim that the package is in process and I will soon receive another email. At some point when I phoned in again they told me that the order that I placed was no longer in stock, however they will follow up and send me an email. After once again not receiving an email and becoming frustrated, as this order was a gift that was now going to be late for the occasion, I phoned in again just be told once more that even though my order was now escalated and that the stock were available an email will be sent that I am still yet to receive to this day.

It is currently 20 days later and my order has still not even left the warehouse. I am very disappointed and also embarrassed that I couldn't give the gift and still cannot even tell them when I will be able to do so.
