Under Armour has really let their standards drop.

I have been with UA for years as I am a fitness fanatic. I have recently tried their online store and had the worst service ever. I had bought and item and had to return it as it was too big. First their courier company misallocated the returned item and when I raised to a customer service agent called Rushana she added to the problem by instead of taking the courier to task on their mess up tried to blame me because she was to afraid to confront the courier company. She showed a very unprofessional attitude at that. The issue is still unresolved a week later.
