UA - Useless website and unenthusiastic staff

Very disappointed in the poor service I have received. A few days ago there was no stock of an item I wanted to purchase. I contacted customer service and was told to keep checking for stock. A day or 2 later there was stock which I ordered. Days later I receive a notification from my bank advising of a refund from US. No correspondence from them at all advising of this! I called to find out and was told an email was sent, which I do not have. I asked to check stock of an item and after holding a long time I eventually cut the call because it seemed as if I had been forgotten. Poor service UA and your website is not up to date. Won't be purchasing from you again. This was a gift and now I am suddenly told that I wont have the item.
