The legitimacy of back door merchandise at discounted prices

Springfield branch a guy by the name of Nhlakanipho there said he'd get me under armour merchandise at discounted prices but I'd have to give him money upfront and we'd meet in the Durban CBD to collect the merch. And if i got him more customers I'll get under armour merchandise for free. Please clarify that is it legit?
