Shameful Under Armour's online shopping

I wish I read all the ****ing reviews published here about Under Armour's outrageous and shameful online shopping service. It is the first time I ordered online from Under Armour, and I regret it. They claim to deliberate within 3-5 days but that period has come and gone, amd still no delivery. Worse, they don't even have online order tracking, a standard service online shop provide to customers. So the only confirmation you'll ever get is that your money has been taken, no further communication or updates about your order. When you call their customer service to complain and to get information, all you get is a robotic person whose job is merely to string together some unconvincing excuse and apology to get rid of you. Oh, and they're also comedians. They have this rate our service, even though no service was rendered, which they then promised to call you to sort out your matter but then never call. My advise, STAY AWAY FROM UNDER ARMOUR ONLINE SHOPPING. Adidas online shopping remains the best. When they promised to deliver within 4 days, they delivered in 2 days. So is Nike.
