Poor quality running shoes and pathetic service from Under Armour SA

I've held Under Armour in high esteem as they are known to be a premium sports brand. But they have just lost a customer for life. BE WARNED AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE...

I bought the Women's UA Charged Impulse Running Shoes at the end of November 2020 and I started using them in January 2021. They have degraded really quickly with very light use. I use them on the road and do 4kms, three times a week. The soles seem to be disintegrating and it looks like a pair of shoes that's at least 5 years old.

I have used many other running shoe brands previously and have not experience this kind of degradation, especially since I used to do much more kilometres.

I'm disappointed in not only the shoes but the customer service provided by Under Armour SA. They asked me to send them pictures, which I did and they sent me this response...

"Please note, there are no factory faults on the shoes unfortunately. We also, have not had any complaints or returns particularly relating to your shoes. We would like to know where do you run, on or off road and how many kilometres a day roughly. As a gesture of goodwill, I can offer you 20% off on your next purchase with us".

Seems to me this is an admission that their shoes are ****ty and they take no responsibility for it.

I will not buy their brand ever again!
