Poor Product Quality

I regret having to write a bad review for Under Armour. For the most part I am very impressed with their products, to the point where I continue purchasing their clothing and shoes, albeit at a premium price.

My last purchase was unfortunately not satisfactory. I bought a pair of sneakers from them, and almost immediately the label with the Under Armour name on it started coming apart. It was obviously stitched poorly.

I contacted the head office. The staff at the head office was very friendly and helpful. They requested a photoshoot of the sneakers, which I provided. The claim was adjudicated and rejected.

Just such a shame. My friends now all see me wearing these sneakers and everyone thinks the quality is *******, but for the most part the quality of their products are really good. If it was my brand to manage I would have rushed to get these rejects away from the eyes of the general public.
