Poor delivery

I ordered items online on the 16th December and another on the 26th December. To this day I am still waiting for my order. I removed a sms to say my order will be received on the 4th January. When I called the courier company on the 4th January to confirm if my order was going to arrive I was told that it is still in transit between Johannesburg and cape town. The agent assured me she will get someone from the cape town office to call me. I then called under armour online department. The agent advised he sent a email to the courier company and would revert as soon as he receives a response from them. It is now the 5th and I am still waiting. If I do not receive my package by tomorrow I will reverse the charges with my bank. This is ridiculous and insane. I cannot believe it takes nearly 3 weeks for 3 items to be delivered and 2 weeks for 1 item. I will let my friends and relatives know not to order from under armour.
