POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CPA KNOWLEDGE

Went to the Ballito Junction store to buy my son a pair of golf shorts for Christmas - the shorts were marked R1399 and at the till it rang up as R1499- despite me informing the staff they need to give it to me at the marked price they refused as they could not over ride the prices - needless to say I left without purchasing the shorts as it was now a matter of principal - can not believe how poorly trained and rude the staff were
