Poor after sale service from stores

I'm so upset with under armour sa. My husband is a huge UA fan and got 2 tops from a friend for his birthday. However the fit of these tops isn't standard medium fit it's a bit smaller. As it was a gift we didn't recieve a receipt and have been to numerous stores trying g to get it exchanged for a size large but with no luck. Yesterday we were advised that these tops are at the online store and no one seem to be able to assist us with just an exchange for a bigger size . I mean we're willing to go wherever we need to go just to get a bigger size. He literally loves this brand but Custer service or after sale service is 0. It's pathetic that I even have to write this review cause he's got alot of garments of UA but no store can accommodate him.
