PayJustNow return

I made a payjust now return at under armour Atterbury on the 3rd of August, the return has not been log till date , when I call they say they have two R799 returns logged one should be mine , I asked for proof that mine was logged because payjust now says they haven’t received a log for my refund, they sent me a wrong one with a wrong card number, I have been trying to get this issue resolved but no one seems interested in confirming that my return was logged
