Pathetic Service

Terrible experience and pathetic service.

I bought a golf umbrella sometime back and used a few times. Started having problems with it and returned to Kyalami Proshop on August 10,2021 where I was told Under Armour will be contacted for a replacement. I have been waiting for almost 2months now for this replacement. Kyalami Country Club Proshop not helpful at all, perhaps they hope I just forget about it. I called Under Armour head office yesterday, they told me there’s nothing they can do🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️, sorry🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

Perhaps I should have stuck with the traditional golf brands. 😏😏
