Pathetic service!!!

I placed an order for a pair of sneakers during the black Friday and Cyber Monday sale period. When the sneakers arrived, they were big so I completed the online exchange process and the sneakers were picked up quite timeously. I received confirmation a few days later that the sneakers were received and that the exchange item will be sent.

Days went by and there was nothing. I sent emails to find out what was happening, only to receive anothet email that they had to cancel my exchange and woukd be given a voucher in return or to request a refund.

I sent en email requesting the refund and I have not received any communication to date, despite my numerous follow up emails.

This is ridiculous and I need my money back!!!
