Pathetic Customer Service

I have been waiting for a refund for over a month. Customer service has no clue what’s going on so they are infact no use. The courier company that collects good for return leaves no trail(ie: collection receipt with ref no) so nobody has any idea of where the items and due to their lack of professionalism, i, the customer find myself in a ping pong game trying to get my money back!
