Online shopping with Under Armour very disappointing

Recently I had made an online purchase. I received a message that they could not source the item and someone will contact me regarding the refund. I had received to calls. In had been to their store and they couldn’t assist me. I called the Head Office in Cape Town and they could not assist and also sent them several messages and there had been no response. Very disappointed in their service
