I recently bought a Jacket from Under Armour and the price was R1899 and they have a promotion running where if you buy for more than R1500, you receive a free gift, so I am not sure what happened but the gift was not added to my cart so I received my jacket yesterday and I emailed the support guys for assistance for my free item, so they tell me as I did not add on the free gift I am no longer entitled to it however I spent R1900 and they refuse to give me the gift as they complaining about a shipping fee of a whole R80. This online company is a really the worst company I dealt with, they do not see reason. I will never buy from them again so they just lost a customer over a R80 shipping fee. Penny wise pound foolish I would think.....I also mentioned to them if its a free gift they should not allow you to leave that page without adding the gift on! They are pathetic bunch of people, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
