Non-existent - Service and Feedback

Order fulfilment not done correctly - item missing from order. Telephonic calls to Support Centre and Mail Address of no value, as the matter is still not addressed from the 27th of November 2023.

The only response one receive is as follow: "Please be advised the matter has been escalated. I can only provide further feedback when received. I will revert back to you. "

Seems the internal support to the agent is non-existent, I even asked for a manager to call me, however management choose to ignore the agents requests.

Numerous mails sent, with no resolution.

Service not acceptable....
