Non existent service

Visited the Fairlands Walk store on Tuesday 31 August 2021. Must say it was very quiet at the time, with my mom, dad and I being the only customers in the store, along with 4 employees. At no point was I ever assisted by an employee for the 30 minutes or so I was there. Needless to say, I still went on and assisted myself.

When I did eventually approach the cashier, this was the only time I was greeted by an employee. The cashier did try apologizing for the lack of service, however it was too late as I paid for my items and left. Don't even think the guy knew what sarcasm was.

Dreadful service honestly.
