Horrible quality sneakers

I am so upset and heart broken, I purchased UA HOVR PHANTOM 3 on the 15th December the sales person in store assured me this is the best running shoe for marathons I have only had the new for 3 week I have not even ran a half marathon but the shoes is getting ripped I am happy to share the picture , I feel horrible my money literally down the drain what do I do ?
