Good Products but TERRIBLE Online platform and support

I firmly believe in giving companies a chance even if reviews are bad. UA had a sale on shoes I have been looking at for a while and I decided to take the leap. I immediately contacted their support as I could not find any tracking information after my purchase and needed the shoes for a sports event 10 days later. Their support assured me that processing takes 24 hours and 3-5 working days for delivery but they would follow up and confirm. After no movement for 3 days, I kept calling and emailing.

I am now being informed that their warehouse cannot keep track of stock levels and they will need to cancel my order due to it being out of stock as they are very busy.

Wow. . . . This was my first time and definitely my last. Do not make use of their online platform. If you cannot physically see your item, chances are, it's not there. I also spoke to a sales rep at one of the stores who confirmed the warehouse has no idea what stock levels are and that this is a frequent problem. I have read the same about hundreds of other customers as well. There are tons of alternatives that appreciate customers and will accommodate client's needs. They have a 1.3 rating for a reason and you will only cause yourself frustration and disappointment.
