Disapointing after sales service

I love under armour and order from them regularly which is easy and convenient. For the first time in years I needed to send something back and have still not been able to get this right. I hate how easy it is to order something, but when you need to send something back its always huge mission. The customer assist was busy helping, and the online returns portal not working and then they mentioned they would arrange for me, now it’s a month later and no one is responding to my email to assist with he return. This definitely makes me think twice about ordering online and only when I really want or need something. Very disappointed in after sales service.
