Customer Compliment : Under Armour Store V&A Waterfront

I am writing to you to highlight the level of customer centricity experienced on numerous occasions from a respective staff member of the Under Armour Store at V&A Waterfront. From my very first intercation with Sameer, he has always gone above and beyond to assist me as a customer of Under Armour from his expertise of the Under Armour products, to his willingness to please a customer. I still remember the first time when I intercated with Sameer, and I needed a respective size of garment, he made every effort to obtain the respective size for me, till he found it for me, this impressed me alot, because there was another female in store that indicated to Sameer that there was no size of this particular garment instore. Sameer checked that system and it indicated that there was a single item instore, and Sameer went to the back of the store and found the item, even though it took a bit of time. Whenever I visit the Under Armour Store at V&A Waterfront, I want to be assisted by Sameer, for his willingness to please a customer and his friendly nature as a person. He makes every effort to ensure that I get the item of my choice, a very impressive attitude from this young man. It is very rare in these times to find an individual that exhibits such high standards of customer centricity, and I therefore consider Sameer to be an asset to the Under Armour organisation, whenever I visit the Under Armour store I generally look for Sameer, because of the excellent service that he renders to his customers, that makes a customer feel welcome while shopping instore. As a customer we often take time to expose the negative of a store experience, but I must say that in every my intercation with Sameer at the Under Armour Store , I always left the store a satisfied and happy customer, therefore "Kudos to Sameer" in his excellence of representing the Under Armour Brand SA to such a high standard.
