Basket Ball Shoes- Terrible service

I am rating the bad service received at Under Armour Springfield branch in Durban. On Tuesday I visited the store to buy my son basketball shoes.So they had no sizes and so the offered to contact their cape town branch to check if there is a size. So Cape town confirmed and so I was told that they will arrange for the shoes to be couriered and by Thursday I will get a call. They took all my details a short guy who happens to be the manager and another guy and a lady. Thursday the whole day no call so today Friday afternoon I decide to drive there and when I get there the expression on their faces was clear that they had forgotten about me and I told them that my son has a game on Saturday and Next week in JHB. So they went to their store room to check because the other lady kept on saying that they have shoes that have arrived. So now the manager or supervisor is somewhere and he comes to tell me that there was a mess at head office they didn’t order but there was. a customer who was given same shoes I ordered right there the same size I ordered and I could see they didn’t expect me to come for my shoes so they sold to another customer.
