Absolute **** Service

I tried to exchange shoes that didn't fit. Now 6 weeks later and nothing. They picked the item up after 3 weeks and several emails later; however, I haven't heard anything. Emails are not answered at all. Poor, poor service. Their 'Easy Exchange' policy is a farce!! WARNING!! Do not purchase anything online!! You will be sorry!!
