I returned items to the Gateway store on the 5th of October (2 weeks ago) to the amount of R1500. they did a reversal on my credit card immediately, yet it has still not reflected.

I have called and messaged them numerous times and I have gotten excuse after excuse.

I now consider this to be theft, as a refund should not take 14 days to issue.
