VERY BAD SERVICE from Undefined Photography

VERY BAD service. We got married in March 2015 and are still waiting for our wedding album, thank you notes and canvas. In Undefined Photography's contract it states that it will take 6-8 weeks to receive every thing and has now been 6 MONTHS. I have sent many e-mails to them and have received no replies and have even tried calling but no answer. Our guest at our wedding were also not impressed with them as they would not allow our guests to take photos of us and chased them away. We had a guest all the way from England and she was shocked and confused as to why the guests were not allowed to take photos and asked if this is the norm in SA. They are full of EXCUSES and promises! I do not recommend them at all!
