I went Blue Bottle Liquor Store in Mmabatho last week and purchased my goods for which the security guard told me that l ate Simba chips at the store for the lady who is involved with the owner. I asked the security guard again as l don't know the lady who is involved with the owner and he showed me the lady who is always assisting the owner when the owner is not present. The security guard told me to pay for the Simba chips and l refused as l did not eat the Simba chips at the store and they must check the cameras. The security guard insulted me with vulgar words and tell me the he will kille if l ever come to the store. I was really embarrassed and left the store. I did not even have an opportunity to talk to the owner as the owner was not available at that present moment. I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction from the store security guard and wish they can hire another security guard as that one has no manners at all and he does not know how to treat customers. Customer service is the key and l did not see any Simba chips sold at the store. I am really disappointed and need feedback about this incident l have received from the store.
