Unhappy customer

I ordered a Falafel Divine form Uncle Fauzi through Delivery Extreme where the menu said it includes chips and salad.

Upon delivery there were 4 falafel ***** and shredded lettuce that appeared to have been opened. No chips.

I called back Delivery Extreme where I lodged a complaint and the manager from Uncle Fauzi Hatfield called me back. The manager was dismissive and rude by laughing at me saying that the order does not come with chips and that it has 6 ***** instead of 4. He then insisted that I accept the order after which I declined.

I took a picture of their menu from Delivery Extreme and it clearly states that it comes with chips. This man is lying as he said he was looking at their website too.

Poor service indeed from Hatfield Uncle Fauzi, how can 4 ***** of falafel be R71?
