Uncle Charlie's poor service.

We went there and the security guard at the gate was soo rude. His approach was not good at all telling us the cars are not allowed to be packed inside in a bad way until we drove in after he left the gate open. That's when a lady named Pat came to our car telling us to go put of the yard,and we told her we are there to swim and asked us "for what" ? With an attitude until I asked her to speak to us nicely because her customer service is not nice, she just looked at me and said go we r not open. I mean if the security guard had told us it's not open today, we would have left without entering their yard. Am soo disappointed in Uncle Charlie's customer service... and Pat had a nerve to take us picture .
