Shocking events at Uncle Ben's Den

Uncle Ben's Den's owner, Ronel, is mistreating the people tremendously. She is forever shouting and swearing at them and is forever threatening them that they will not get food. The food is good enough for ***s. Dinner is dry mieliepap and spinach. My mom, whom I took out, found a piece of plastic in her food. Other ladies got ****roaches in their food. There are no glass in the backdoor or windows in one room. An old lady put a small blanket over the door because they were all sick and the wind was blowing and they got cold. Ronel cane there and said "what the f@ck is going on here?" when they explain to her that they're getting cold she said "I will burn this F@cking blanket and you will not get food tonight" The women responsible for handing out the meds - Nellie, never did that,- it came out that she was taking the meds for herself. One can see that she is very drugged. Ronel is a very rude person, together with Paula working in the office. They have no humanity. The house my mom stayed in, has 3 bedrooms. They were 10 ladies in ethat house with 1 toilet and 1 shower. One lady that was really ill, asked for meds and help for 3 weeks. No help or meds were given. They lady passed away and II believe her son made a case at the SAPD. Whenever my mom got her meds, that didn't happen regularlt, aldo got the wrong medication which is life threatening.
