Let's respect my deceased mother by giving her a dignified funeral.

My mother passed away Monday on the 4th of November 2019. My biggest concern is that Uncedo Lwami Funeral services doesn't want to pay R3000.00 for my mother's burial instead they want to pay R1000.00 just imagine and my father told them that all we need is R3000 from them nothing else because nelson is going to provide us with the coffin so my biggest concern is why cant they give us a cash back of R3000.00 so that we can proceed with the funeral arrangements.How can you guys from Uncedo give us R1000.00 for the burial and we don't even need ur coffin.This is really painful to imagine that my mother never skipped a month she used to pay you guys every month but this is what you are doing to her because she is dead now, we are struggling now as if we didn't pay insurance policy before.come on guys don't play with our deceased. We need this R3000.00 from u as urgent because my mother's funeral is on the 9 November 2019.
