Poor service and overcharged.

Awful experience on two separate occasions now. First time they promised to get stock from their other shop and call me. Never happened and I had to follow up at which point I was told they had no stock but it would arrive in 2 days and they'd definitely contact me. Never happened but the stock is apparently available once I enquired after waiting for several weeks. Bought elsewhere now. Second chance for them and I bought a product only to discover less than 2hrs later that my usual supplier had also started stocking the EXACT SAME PRODUCT for 50% of the price. That equated to almost R1000 difference!! I contacted UNCANNI to explain and they agreed it was unacceptable. They promised to look into it, see what they could do, and get back to me without delay. I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Rather avoid this store and shop at established, reputable, honest, and competent retailers that actually value their customers. I have recommended to all my clients to avoid using them and given alternative, better priced suppliers for anything they require. I suggest you do the same.
